What’s Cracking Good — Holiday-inspired tsoynamis
I’m always looking for a good dairy-free dessert.
I’d heard about the tsoynami lore at Green for quite sometime, but the local vegetarian restaurant is not very close to my house, it closes at 9 p.m. (early!) so I hadn’t made the trek.
Had I known the extent of the tsoynami deliciousness, I’d have come sooner. Much sooner.
Green has an entire 2-side menu dedicated to all things tsoynami, plus a few additional treats on the menu board over the counter. Seeing that Thanksgiving is Thursday, I opted for the seasonal Punkin Tsoynami made with organic pumpkin and graham-crackers, soy vanilla soft-serve yogurt and a dollup of non-dairy whipped cream.
“It’s giant!” I thought. But then 10 minutes later — I was scraping the last remnants off the bottom of the biodegradable cup.
